Education Bridge for Afghanistan
Education Bridge for Afghanistan (EBA) is a UK-based charity dedicated to ensuring that every child, especially girls excluded from formal education, has access to high quality, accredited learning opportunities.
Through innovative technology, local partnerships, and internationally recognized qualifications, EBA provides pathways from secondary education to higher education, employment, and lifelong learning.
Since its launch, EBA has become one of the largest education initiatives serving Afghan learners. Through the BANFES learning platform, EBA supports more than 30,000 learners with access to education, digital skills training, academic resources, examinations, and accredited learning pathways. Our programs combine the pre-2021 Afghan national curriculum with internationally recognized Ofqual-aligned qualifications delivered in partnership with The Learning Machine (TLM), a UK-regulated award winning organization. In 2025–26 alone, more than 4,700 students sat supervised end-of-year examinations through the EBA network of education centers and partners.
